Belinda Nansasi has been crowned Miss Curvy Uganda 2019.
The 25 year old Makerere University graduate beat 24 other contestants to take the crown home during Uganda’s first of a kind pageant that took place at Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala on Friday.
As the overall winner, Nansasi walked away with a grand prize of a Jeep Cherokee and a full scholarship at Victoria University in any discipline of her choice.
Chief guest, Government Chief-whip Ruth Nankabirwa, flanked by Tourism Minister Godfrey Kiwanda and Misss Curvy Uganda CEO Anne Mungoma, crowned Nansasi and handed her the keys to her car.
The runners-up were: 1st Runner Up –Praise Nansamba; 2nd Runner Up –Mariam Namukasa.
