Nothing is more beautiful than the smile that has struggled through the tears. Without consistency of effort and dedication, no dream ever becomes a reality. The reason some people find it so hard to be happy they always see the past better than it was, the present worse than it is, and the future less resolved than it will be.
If you have been lingering too long in the past, particularly due to negative past moments, don’t forget that memory is like salt: the right amount brings out the flavour in food, too much ruins it. If you live in the past all the time, you will find yourself with no present to remember. Like I always say, make it a priority to be happy irrespective of what lemon spills. Nowadays lemon juice is also useful.
Just so that you know you are not the only one facing a challenge. No matter how good or bad you think life is, wake up each day and be thankful for life. Someone somewhere else is fighting to survive!
