”Muhoozi has done it in the army and in the public in general. To clear the air, he has soothingly performed beyond everyone’s expectations,” he said.

Peace, harmony and reconcilliation in the Army and promotion of order and discpline amongst the community have all been a work in artillery making by Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.

As for clarity; early this this year, Gen Muhoozi visited Kigali, where he held talks with President Paul Kagame over the restoration of bilateral ties between Uganda and Rwanda.

By the end of the engagements, the Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations succeeded on his mission. The Gatuna/ Katuna border was re-opened allowing citizens to cross for the first time since 2019 when it was closed by Rwanda.

“Ugandans who are Patriotic and love Gen Muhoozi are expected to attend the party in big numbers,” Bulegeya added.
