LIST: 663 jobs up for grabs at URA, see how to apply

Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) has advertised a total of 663 jobs.

The tax body says the jobs require persons with the requisite competencies, proven integrity, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Two weeks back, URA advertised 376 jobs with a deadline for application submissions as 1st May, 2021.

However,on Monday 26th April, 2021, they amended the advert to additional jobs in that fresh graduates also have an opportunity to participate.

“Applicants who have received a system generated email should disregard it,” URA said in a statement last week.

“URA management would like to assure all applicants that the recruitment process is fair and transparent.”

The new deadline is 15th May, 2021.

The deadline for submission of application is Saturday, 1st May, 2021 and to apply, visit the URA website: https.ura.go.ug and follow the link “Careers> Experiential Hiring” to view the detail job description, select and apply for the job of your choice and ONLY online applications will be considered.
