Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has been recognized with the DEAR Life Time Achievement Award 2019.

The event took place at the Marriott Hotel in Dallas, Texas, USA on Saturday.

“Although I was not able to attend due to commitments at home, I was duly represented by the leader of the Women in People Power, comrade Flavia Kalule and our Co-ordinator for the United States of America, comrade Kharim Ntambi,” Bobi Wine said in a Facebook Post after winning the award.

He further thanked people who voted for him to win the award and also assured them that it’s an encouragement for him to work even harder on the mission of liberating Uganda.

“At the same time, I dedicate this recognition to all Ugandans living abroad, who have been forced to leave their country because of political persecution or because of tough living conditions. God bless Uganda. God bless Africa.”
