Police in Kabale District is investigating circumstances under which a Rwandan man suddenly died on his way home.
The deceased, identified Moi Sekagyeni hails from Nyakabungo, Cumba sector, Gicumbi.
He died at unknown time of 21/01/19 from Burambira cell, Nyinamuronzi ward Katuna town council Kabale district
He was a casual labourer, fetching water for a living.
According to the Kigezi regional police spokesperson Elly Maate, “Police was notified, visited the scene and took the deceased to Kabale Referral Hospital mortuary for postmortem.”
Maate added that the deceased was known ‘for over drinking on an empty stomach’ and did not have specific place of aboard.
This case has been registered at Katuna police station under file number CRR 08/2019.
