Makerere University Researcher fellow Dr. Stella Nyanzi has been returned to Luzira Prison till December 19 for pre-trial application,a proceeding which was ruled by Judge Robert Mukhanza.
The adjournment was due to the absence of Judge Gladys Kamasanyu who is in charge of Nyanzi’s case.
Dr Kiiza Besigye who also attended court session today came out to praise the brave activist for standing firm and pledged to to be there for her until justice is served.
