Ntungamo : Gov’t commended for liberalizing the education sector

Government has been commended for liberalizing the education such that anyone can start and own private institutions to enhance academic standards in the country.According to the Ngomba Parrish chief, Ezra Nuwagira, during the past regimes, students would travel long distances to school unlike today.

He was speaking during a dedication service of Primary Seven candidates of Home Care Nursery and Primary School in Ntungamo district.Nuwagira who is also chairperson school management committee hailed staff for teamwork and being time cautious, noting that it has enabled the school to continue excelling at PLE level every year.

He warned parents to always spare enough time with their children during holiday because there are evil people in villages who want destroy the children’s lives especially during over nights.The director Caleb Mwebembezi praised the cooperation amongst the staff which enabled them to secure the school registration number.Mwebembezi thanked parents for choosing the school for their children and promised them to excel in the PLE 2018 previous years.The head teacher Kabesiime Milton commended the good performance of candidates in Ntungamo district mock examinations where by two pupils came in first grade with six and 12 aggregates and thirteen in second grade assuring them that they expect the best in PLE 2018.

Kabesiime revealed that   there is steady increase in enrolment a year after year since its inception in 2012.

The dedication of 15 P.7 candidates was led by the school’s chaplain Rev. Charles Rwanyaraare.

The director Mwebembezi gave each candidate a pen to use in the PLE scheduled for 5th and 6th November 2018.
