The kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi is slated to return to home soil on Thursday 20th from USA where he had gone to seek specialized medical treatment after alleged torture in detention.
Days prior to Kyagulanyi’s homecoming, the Democratic Party has accused some NRM members of planning to cause instability disguising in T-shirts with people power inscriptions as avowed by Kenneth Kakande DP’s spokes person.
The party also believes that the move is plan for the government to base on and arrest opposition politicians and activists which they condemn.
“We believe that arresting activists and opposition politicians is not the solution to Uganda’s problems.” he said.
