On Monday, more than over 40 people including Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) , newly elected Arua MP Kassiano Wadri were arrested in Arua following accusations that Wadri’s supporters attacked President Yoweri Museveni’s motorcade.

Before the arrest, there was a mini scuffle that saw Bobi Wine’s driver shot dead by the security operatives.
