Controversial lawyer Male Mabirizi has today arrived at the Supreme Court with a vehicle loaded with documents to file an appeal against Constitutional Court’s ruling on age limit petition.
Last month after the unanimous ruling, Mabirizi as one of the petitioners , indicated that he would challenge the judgement in the Supreme Court.
He has now filed the appeal saying he has 80 grounds of disagreement with the justices apart from Kenneth Kakuru who said the entire amendment be nullified.
It should be noted that Deputy Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo, Remmy Kasule, Elizabeth Musoke and Cheborion Barishaki Okayed the removal of the Presidential age Limit while Justice Kakuru dissented.
