During their private meeting at Nakasero State Lodge, President Yoweri Museveni gave the Archbishop of Kampala Cyprian Kizito Lwanga a handshake with his ‘sick’ right hand.
The last time the president publicly tried to greet with his right hand was when; his Rwanda counterpart Paul Kagame visited him at State House Entebbe last month.
However, since his hand was bandaged, Museveni just gave Kagame the arm not the palm.
But yesterday, we don’t know whether it was out of respect, the president gave a full handshake to Lwanga using the sick hand in question.
Last week during at interaction with his social media followers, President Museveni revealed that he sprained his hand while practicing karate and that is the why he offered his arm instead of a handshake to Kagame.
Well, we think the President’s sprained hand is now in good shape.
