The assistant General secretary for the National Council of Sports (NCS) Mr David Katende has flagged off the Uganda athletics National team to Algeria to participate in the African Cross country championship that is going to take place in Algeria on 14th March 14, 2018.
While flagging them off, Katende advised the Uganda Athletics Federation (UAF) officials to make sure that they give a proper accountability of all the money that NCS has given them.
Katende added that NCS shall not release any monies to any federation that has not given a proper accountability of the previous money received from the government.
