The long awaited handover of police to Martin Okoth Ochola will take place on Thursday.
Outgoing police chief Gen Kale Kayihura has finalized the report to handle over to his successor.
Kayihura has since March 4 been keeping a low profile reportedly compiling a report of his 12 years as IGP.
Ochola had not taken his command saying he cannot until he formerly takes office.
