The Ministry of Health (MoH) has donated over 5000 mosquito nets to Kampala Metropolitan Police Stations to be distributed among police families.

This exercise doubles as part of the ongoing national Chase Malaria campaign in which free long lasting Insecticide treated mosquito Nets (LLINs) are being distributed countrywide.

The Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander CP. Frank Mwesigwa welcomed and appreciated the contribution by the Ministry of Health.

“We cannot achieve our targets if there is no partnership with other institutions”, Mwesigwa said.
