A security guard attached to Security Group limited a one Okello Vincent has been arrested on allegations of aggravated robbery.
Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire has confirmed the incident.
He said that Okello was arrested after a gun was reported stolen from Adama Robert a guard with Tight Security on Tuesday this week. Its alleged that the same gun was used to carry out a robbery at Nakidika Khasifahs bar that same night where Shs 250,000/ was robbed.
“Mukono Police started following up the robbery and arrested Okello who later led Police to where he had hidden the gun no SAR UG POL W57000 104182 and he is now in custody as investigations continue,” Deputy publicist said.
