Bobi Wine who attended Sgt Kifulugunyu’s burial said the fallen soldier fought for the liberation of Uganda and served his country with unreserved passion. Unfortunately he died with a heavy heart, forgotten and neglected.

The legislator posted on his Facebook page;

At the burial of our comrade Sgt.Kifulugunyu in Namiringa-Kasanda. He fought for the liberation of this Country and indeed served his Country with unreserved passion. He however died destitute, with a heavy heart,forgotten and neglected. So sad. He fought for #Freedom but he never realy got it and that’s why we say, aluta continua. #Freedom
