Museveni meets UAE’s Minister for happiness

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on Thursday met United Arabs Emirates State Minister for Happiness in Dubai Her Excellency Ohood Al Roumi at sidelines of the 4th annual global Business Forum on Africa (AGBF).

Museveni left for Dubai on Tuesday at the invitation of the Ruler of Dubai who is also the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum,

The minister for Happiness is concerned with overseeing the UAE plans, programs and policies to achieve a happier society.

On 10 February 2016, Al Roumi was appointed Minister of Happiness by Sheikh Al Maktoum and she is one of eight female ministers in the twenty-nine member cabinet.
