Another woman has been killed and her body dumped in Nyanama, Mutundwe parish along Entebbe Road.
This brings the number of killed women in a period of three months to 20 in areas of Nansana, Entebbe and now Nyanama.
The police spokesperson Asan Kasingye said the woman was strangled to death.
Apparently the body has been taken to the city mortuary in Mulago for postmortem.
Last week, twelve people were arraigned before Nabweru Chief Magistrates Court on the outskirts of the city and charged in connection with the recent wave of murders of women in Nansana Municipality, Wakiso District.
The suspects were produced before Chief Magistrate Jamson Karemani who did not allow them plead to the capital offense that included; terrorism, murder and aggravated robbery.
They were remanded to Luzira until September 12 when they will be returned for purposes of mention of their case on how far the investigations have gone.
