The Democratic Party (DP) members have started their quest to see Bank of Uganda Guvnor Prof. Emmanuel Mutebile fired over misuse of his position and office.
The Party’s Secretary General, Gerald Siranda while addressing a press conference at City House claimed that Prof. Mutebile cannot provide any conclusive point for buying a pen at shs357,000 as a souvenir accusing President Yoweri Museveni and the appointment authority for keeping quiet over such offence of abusing office.
‘’We are calling upon the Governor and his team to resign immediately , the manner in which he handled crane bank issues and the economy at large , shows that these are comedians and volatile, they are just there to feed their stomachs but not to work for Ugandans,’’ said Siranda.
