Uganda Cranes coach Coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic has terminated his contract with the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (Fufa) citing outstanding debt of salary and bonuses of Shs 230million.
Micho revealed the ‘painful’ information during a press conference held today morning at Kabira Country Club.
“I will remain available to assist any coach that comes after me” he said.
Reportedly, clause 12d of his contract, spells out that when Fufa fails to pay salary for the coach for more than three months, then the coach is free to separate.
It should be noted that since last week Fufa and Micho have been in talks unfortunately they yielded no positive results.
So far three national teams and eight clubs have tabled their official bids to Micho including South Africa’s Orlando Pirates.
