Former Buganda Kingdom Prime Minister Daniel Muliika has disagreed with people who think Uganda is a nation.
While appearing on NBS’s Topical Discussion show on Thursday, Muliika said Uganda cannot be called a nation when it has no local language as a national one, no proper leadership or culture.
“Who tells you Uganda is a Nation? It is not. It has no language, no proper leadership, no culture. Uganda is not a nation. There are no elections that happen in Uganda without rigging. The man that cannot speak English cannot be on administration,” said Muliika.
He further said that Uganda also has no constitution citing that the current one was manipulated by the central government for personal gains.
“We don’t have our own constitution. The current constitution was manipulated by the central government” Muliika stated.
