President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for the 31st Extraordinary Summit of IGAD Heads of State.
Shortly after arrival, the President held a bilateral discussion with his host Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn.
The summit will discuss the situation in South Sudan with a view to finding answers to the political issues and how to resolve the humanitarian crisis.
