Rubaga South Member of Parliament Kato Lubwama will never cease to amaze Ugandans with is comic statements.
Recently after parliament approved the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Gen. Kale Kayihura for another term as a police boss, Kato Lubwama without fear or favour openly revealed that he is not bothered by the re-appointment of the police boss who has been holding the realm since 2005.
“The appointment of Kayihura for another term in office does not concern me at all,” Kato Lubwama said.
Kayihura’s re-appointment as the police chief sparked a lot of mixed reaction among the general public though less was done to halt this development.
