Today morning while being taken to Buganda Road Court, Makerere University research fellow Stella Nyanzi collapsed in the prisons bus and this prompted the prison authority to get another safer car to drive her to the court premises.

On arrival Nyanzi who had a cannula on her left arm was supported by two female prison guards walk her into the court.

It was revealed that her medical condition was critical after spending some days suffering from malaria.

Though she was released on bail, she wasn’t jubilant as we always see her which meant she was really weak and in low spirits.

After the court session, Nyanzi still couldn’t stand by herself, she was again supported  by her lawyer Nicholas Opiyo and other people to the car which was supposed to drive her home.
