The death of AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi has touched many people’s hearts across country. There has been an outpouring of condolences from colleagues, friends, associates, and Ugandans in general over the death of man who was friends with everyone.
Prime Minister Ruhakana Rugundu on Friday told Parliament that Andrew Felix Kaweesi, 40, has been one of the best police officers. He appealed to anyone with information that will help police in nailing #Kaweesi assailants to furnish it to Police.
In the same light, First Son Muhoozi Kainerugaba has described Kaweesi as a “dear friend and comrade”. He said the assassination was a “cowardly attack”.
“Today is a dark day for the country. Our dear friend and comrade AIGP Kaweesi was taken from us in a cowardly attack.”
