How Museveni’s blue-eyed General met Kizza Besigye in Netherlands

Brig General Moses Rwakitarate is known as one of President Museveni’s blue eyed boys. The president appointed the former air force commander last year as a defence attaché in Brussels Belgium.
It has emerged that Brig Rwakitarate crossed to the Netherlands to hold meetings in the Hague with retired Col Kizza Besigye. The forum for democratic man was in Netherland to make a key note address on post election progress of using non-violence methods.
Rwakitarate went ahead and attended the key note address by Kizza Besigye.
Reports have been flying around that Besigye and Museveni could have talks very soon. It is said the president is doing everything he can to reach out to people he has fallen out with.
It is not clear if Rwakitarate talked with Kizza Besigye about the meeting, but it is understood Rwakitarate is one of the regime’s handlers.
