The rage between lands minister, Persis Namuganza and ICT minister Aidah Nantaba has continued to escalate as Namuganza has threatened to take matters to court.

Namuganza accuses Nantaba of defaming her on matters concerning theft of people’s land.

Numuganza said she is so fed up with Nantaba for over accusing her of helping land grabbers to steal people’s land.

On Friday Nantaba said that Namuganza is a clearing agent who is not fit to be a Lands Minister.

According to Namuganza, the ICT minister feels jealous becsuse she felt to perform in the Lands Ministry yet her (Namuganza) she is doing a perfect job.

She further asked Nantaba to go back to President Museveni and ask him to transfer her back to the Lands Ministry if she still wants to operate from there.

The tension between the two spilled over at a meeting
between the lands ministry and Buganda caucus MPs in
Kampala on Friday where the two almost exchanged punches after a strong verbal exchange.
