NRM party women’s league leaders are demanding a leveled ground for the 13 female candidates in the race to the East Africa Legislative Assembly.
The women, who met at parliament this morning ahead of the party Central Executive Committee meeting at State House Entebbe, argue that the six slots of NRM should be shared equally between female and male party candidates.
The CEC meeting is expected to choose from 43 party members.
