Kampala minister Betty Kamya has faulted her boss President Museveni for not grooming his successor.

Kamya says the president is to blame for failure to put in place a succession plan.

The Kampala minister has been under criticism for praising Museveni’s leadership and promising him a landslide in Kampala come 2021.

Kamya, a former Museveni critic has faced criticism for joining Museveni’s government as minister.
