President Museveni has today defended his General against attacks.
Museveni says the inspector general of police Kale Kayihura has saved Ugandans from goons.

Speaking at Ntare School on Monday, Museveni said Gen Kayihura was doing a wonderful job.
The President said Kayihura has been instrumental in ensuring peace prevails by stopping the opposition chaos in the country.
Museveni instead attacked the opposition who accused Kayihura of brutality.
The President actually wondered how a serious mayor, for example, can support walk to work and acts of defiance which affect the wealth creation process in the city.
Museveni also accused the opposition of scaring investors, making them run away from the country.
