Unlucky, this time round is what we can say about Ugandan artistes who represented the Pearl of Africa at the sixth edition of All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA).

The awards ceremony took place from November 20 to 23rd in Nigeria’s capital Lagos, to celebrate the most outstanding artistes on the African continent.

But unlike the fifth edition where Eddy Kenzo, Ykee Benda, Bebe Cool and Irene Namatovu scooped awards, B2C Entertainment and Kika group (Best African Duo/Group category), Irene Namatovu (Best Traditional song, Best Traditional Dance Choreography, Best Female Artiste East Africa categories) and Sheebah (Best Female artiste East Africa) returned home with nothing.
