God Above: MC Kats celebrates after landing new five star deal

Barely a couple of hours after he was unceremoniously sacked by Fame Lounge management, MC Kats can smile from ear to ear after landing a juicy deal with Pearl of Africa Hotel, Kampala.

The nbs After5 host, born Edward Katamba was fired from Fame, a Kololo based night hangout, where he was hosting the ‘Meet Celebrity Wednesday’ night, allegedly because of his unbearable behavior and persistence taking of stock on credit.

Fame Lounge’s management further trashed Kats work, claiming that he failed to deliver to their expectations, for he never made sales on his night that equal to Shs3 million, yet they were paying him Shs1.5 million for his service every Wednesday.

However, despite Fame Lounge branding Kats as a failed employee, the king of Mic has now graduated from a ‘small bar’ to a 5 Star Hotel after landing this juicy deal.

Through his social media platform, Kats shared a copy of the new contract he got with Pearl of Africa, where he will be hosting his ‘Meet Celebrity Night’.

“The God I serve will take me from a small bar to a 5 Star Hotel, it’s the story of my life. God Above,” he noted.

After being fired from Fame, Kats claimed that he has a big CV as far as the bar business is concerned, and getting a new work place won’t be difficult.

“Meet Celebrity Wednesday won’t happen this week at Fame Kampala. We will tell you our new home next week. It’s my idea and it’s registered with my Lawyers. Let’s see why Siesta left Fame. I will do TV interview soon. Got this bar making 400K on Wednesday, I was making 8 to 10 M for them,” he noted.

Fame Lounge on the other side has already replaced Kat’s Wednesday night with his fellow nbs presenter Zahara Totto of ‘Uncut’, DJ Shiru and MC Percy.
