Moses Nsubuga, popularly known as Viboyo Oweeyo, has been arrested over composing the song that insults the president and Members of parliament.
Currently, Viboyo is working at Swangz Avenue and he was part of the team behind the popular advert of MTN MoMo (Bosco).
Viboyo has not been doing much in music as of recent, but he has always managed to produce a Rap Up song of the year were he talks about the most trending stories of a particular year
