Last week, Brian white shot and injured his neighbor Victor Bitwire at Bunga, a city suburb.

While addressing the press on Monday at CPS, the commander of Kampala metropolitan Frank Mwesigwa revealed that they are still holding the suspect and hope to produce him in court by tomorrow or Wednesday after recording statement from the victim who was injured.

According to Daily Monitor, Bryan White’s transfer was ordered by Inspector General of Police Gen Kale Kayihura after he received reports that the gun he used to shoot his neighbour was not registered by any security agencies in Uganda.

“We checked the gun and it had no marks. It does not belong to any security group. We have now arrested a person whom we suspect to have helped him to get the gun so that we can know the source,” noted Mwesigwa.
