Veteran singer Halima Namakula on Wednesday left many people at Entebbe International Airport wondering after she ‘forced’ a celebrity welcome for her daughter Rachel K.

We understand that the daughter came back to host this year’s Abryanz Fashion Awards but as a faded musician she was to attract less attention if it wasn’t for Halima Namakula who coordinated with the awards organizers to at least make her look like a real celebrity from the US.

Like any mother who wishes the best for her kids, Halima Namakula has tried tooth and nail to push Rachel K’s flopped career.

Rachel K had vanished back to the cold of US but since now she has returned for Christmas, wait for her “music” with a deep American accent.

According to our sources, the singer may not return back to Trump –land ; she is opting to stay and revamp her music career and it is alleged that that Dembe FM’s Jenkins Mukasa has already been tasked to take on the managerial role.
