By the time you read this, Joe Kigozi, who has been under fire at Mengo owned BBS terefayina has thrown in a towel and rejoined NBS.
Kigozi who ran into trouble with the Bulange establishment over his management of the television has decided to return to Media Plaza as Chief of Strategy for NBS TV. The new position has been cut out as the deputy to Kin Kaliisa, the ambitious CEO of NBS.
Kigozi crossed to Bulange to set up BBS after cutting his teeth as a marketing guru for NBS. At BBS he has managed a year, giving the television some edge in the business until he burnt his fingers. It is understood Mengo is not an easy place to work if you don’t understand the ropes and intrigues of the kingdom kingpins.
Kigozi, according to our credible sources, needs to reestablish his command at NBS as the telly owner and CEO has a lot on his plate and could soon get more responsibilities.
