A notice of intention to sue has been issued against Sekibogo Moses aka Mowzey Radio for throwing a DJ’s laptop in a swimming pool during Ivan Semwanga’s vigil in Muyenga.
In this intention to sue notice, the singer has been instructed to pay shs56 million Ugandan If not Sam Kabanda Advocates on behalf of Real Sounds whose laptop was thrown into a swimming pool will proceed to the courts of law.
However, recently Mowzey Radio came out and refuted the allegations saying he never threw any laptop in a swimming pool thus requesting anyone who had the evidence implicating him, to bring it on board.
