Uganda’s celebrated Movies translator VJ Junior was on Tuesday arrested by police for promoting pornographic movies and use of vulgar language while translating the content.
VJ Junior who is a LC3 Councilor in Bwaise was picked from his shop at Majestic Plaza as per directives from Ethics and Integrity Minister Fr. Simon Lokodo.
“I have evidence beyond reasonable doubt to lock you up for damaging the moral fibre of this country. You are a producer, a trafficker, a distributor of pornographic material which has circulated throughout the country,” Lokodo told VJ Junior.
VJ Junior made his debut in the movie translating world like seven years ago. He is one of the best movie translators in the country basing on his unique words he uses while doing what he knows best.
