BBS telefayina Chief Executive Officer Joe Kigozi has confirmed that the station is going to release a movie in partnership with Nigerian actors aimed at creating cancer awareness.
Kigozi said this during a press conference that was held at BBS headquarters at Masengere house in Mengo earlier today.
Kigozi said that the movie is going to educate people about causes and how to eradicate cancer in Uganda.
“We are going to release this movie educating about cancer as a give back act to our customers and esteemed viewers to help them understand more about this disease as we celebrate BBS at 1 anniversary this month.” Kigozi said.
Kigozi added that this movie is going to be shot in Uganda and Nigeria which will include Nigerian actors, Ugandan actors and BBS telefayina presenters.
“Our strategy is going to pass the message to our people rapidly because many people are very much influenced by their favorite actors from Uganda and Nigeria.” Kigozi added.
The movie will be produced by Universal Movie and Television School, a Nigeria movie-making company based in Uganda.
