Mexico’s Vanessa Ponce is the new Miss World 2018.
The grand event took place at Sanya City Arena in China.
Ponce beat Uganda’s Quiin Abenakyo and three other finalists to win the world title.
Abenakyo who won hearts many across the world was crowned Miss World Africa as well as World’s second runner-up in popular vote.
The 22 year old will be travelling with the new Miss World together with other Miss Worlds from the continents to their tour for Beauty with a Purpose.

Miss World America- Vanessa Ponce De Leon (Mexico)
