Entebbe highway must be the most populated road with billboards in Uganda. That is understandable as companies might want to impress visitors on the gateway to and out of Uganda.
However, Ugandans are not impressed that advertisers are painting the national airport with their promotional materials.
It was Godber Tumushabe using his handle ?@GodberTumushabe who pointed out the eye sore and the anger that came blow his post is too much. And rightly so.
“Dear Civil Aviation Authority, this is not cool. Don’t make our airport look like a billboard,” wrote the lawyer turned activist.
