There are various reasons why one’s hair is likely break or remain stunted.

For example, it has been proven that when you are pregnant, sick, apply chemicals or even during the shedding process one is bound to lose partial of all their hair.

What ever the reason, not all hope is lost since it can always grow back. However, to see progress, you will be required to maintain patience as the process doesn’t happen overnight.

With these simple remedies, rest assured that you will have a full head of glowing hair.

Avoid tight hairstyles and over manipulation.

Whenever you plait tight, manipulative styles, your hair strands are pulled out from the roots and with time, bald spots begin to appear.

Do the opposite instead, plait braids or weaves that leave you stress free. Choose those that don’t need constant manipulation. That way, you are able to grow your hair effectively.

Massage your scalp.

It is very important to massage your scalp for a few minutes whenever you oil it. Do this a couple of times in a week. This can boast hair growth significantly because it stimulates follicles and promotes blood flow to your scalp. It also feels good massaging your hair as it causes you to relax your brain nerves. Do this gently especially around the edges and with time, you will see your hair energy being boosted.

Apply onion juice.

Onions are essential remedies for hair loss. They nourish your hair with Sulphur and keratin which are important for healthy looking hair. In order to make the onion juice, cut it into small cubes, blend it to pulp and sieve it in order to get the juice.

Mix it with lemon juice, lavender oil or pepper mint to reduce on the strong onion smell. Apply generously to the bald areas in order to allow the juice to work and cover the hair with a shower cap for an hour before you rinse it off. Do this often and watch your hair grow.

Use castor oil.

This is the best solution for you facing hair loss and hair thinning. Castor oil contains fatty acids and other components that will make you love it even more. It is advisable to opt for the naturally produced castor oil because not only is it the best but it also gives your hair the vitamins it deserves.

Trimming.

I know to most of you, trimming your hair comes as a heart break. But this is much better than watching your hair lose volume. It is very important to trim your hair monthly depending on the rate at which your hair grows. Trimming off the tips of your hair will not only promote hair growth but keep it healthy and equal.

Avoid stress.

For your hair to regrow, avoid stress as much as you can because it causes hair loss. The tropical remedies and a balanced diet are not effective when you are stressed. You should try and find ways to loosen up and take care of yourself emotionally. When you eliminate stress, it is a direct way for your hair to grow back.

All this said, you have got to have a hair routine in order to be consistent for better results. Taking care of your hair once will not reap what you desire.

Remember, hair needs attention and care in order to grow healthy. If not given adequate care, one is bound to have stunted growth, hair loss, thinning and breakage.
