Arua Municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga on Monday shocked the entire nation when he decided to ease himself on the road side at the Ministry of Finance wall fence.
Today, the shameless legislator has come out to admit that he is the real person who was spotted urinating at the road side.
The anti-age limit agent says he was badly off and he really needed to urinate thus wondering why social media users are spreading the photo yet what he did was normal.
“I was badly off yesterday and I wanted to urinate. Why are people spreading that picture?” Abiriga inquired.
However, Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has since kept silent over such a concerning issue.
