Wonders never cease in Uganda. Nowdays people are so shameless that they are tired of stealing ‘peanuts’ from the less privileged Ugandans, now they have decided to upgrade their fraudulent skills on a national level.

From Pastor Samuel Kakande’s holy rice to Pastor Robert Kakande’s new tithing advancements.

Last night while attending the famous 77 Days of Glory and Salvation( 77 DOGS ), President Yoweri Museveni who was escorted by the First Lady Janet Museveni was put in a very difficult situation when Pastor Kayanja asked him to tithe 10% of Uganda’s budget.

According to Kayanja, if Uganda is to stop relying on foreign donations, grants and be able to become self dependant, it should tithe 10% of Uganda’s budget.

“But now there is much more, when resources are given to
any leader for the purposes of God. Our 10% as a nation if
given to God, the remaining 90% will do much more.” Kayanja said.

Uganda’s last financial year budget 2016/2017 was estimated to shs26.3 trillion meaning if we are to tithe from such budget, Kayanja demands over shs2.6 billion.
