Uganda, famously known as ‘The Pearl of Africa’, is a naturally endowed country with plenty of beautiful scenery such as mountains, wildlife, lakes, rivers, thick forests, different ethnicities just to mention but a few.
Many people have entirely lived in Uganda but it’s shocking that you may find someone totally oblivious about nature within his/ her vicinity.
Now can you prove that you’re not among that type of people? Simple. By taking part in a quiz about how much you know about this country.
Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) has organised a Corporate Tourism Quiz Night that shall see a competitor with plentiful knowledge about Uganda walking away with Shs1 million.
The quiz competition under the theme ‘Discover special holiday destination in Uganda’ shall take place on Thursday, November 22 at Skyz Hotel Deck.
UTB is a government organisation that promotes and markets Uganda as a preferred tourism destination in Africa and the world at large.
The quiz shall mainly focus on top destinations where people can spend their leisure time especially in this forthcoming festive season.
According to UTB’s deputy chief executive officer, Patriot John Ssempebwa, the winner will use the Shs1 million reward on a trip to Murchison Falls. Other prizes will also be available for takes.
