In a seismic geopolitical spectacle, North Korea’s diplomatic dance across Africa takes a breathtaking turn, leaving the world awestruck and agog.

Like a master puppeteer pulling the strings of international intrigue, Pyongyang orchestrates the closure of its embassies, one after another, in a daring display of diplomatic drama.

The spotlight first falls on Angola, a nation steeped in history, as North Korea’s Ambassador, Jo Pyong-chol, steps onto the stage, paying a “farewell” courtesy call to the revered leader of this African enclave.

The report, echoed by Pyongyang’s state media, sets the stage for a diplomatic denouement that will be etched in the annals of history.

With choreographed precision, Jo Pyong-chol, North Korea’s top envoy to Luanda, graces Angolan President Joao Lourenco with a farewell visit, a carefully crafted performance in which he deftly delivers the message of leader Kim Jong-un.

The official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) narrates this exchange of words, each syllable laden with import.

But the crescendo of this diplomatic opera reverberates across continents, as Uganda becomes the next tableau in North Korea’s grand exit strategy.

Ambassador Jong Tong-hak, the envoy to this East African bastion, utters the fateful proclamation during a courtesy call to the venerable President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. The shuttering of North Korea’s embassy in Uganda, a decision cast in iron, echoes through the corridors of power.

Yet, behind this enigmatic exodus lies a tale of economic turmoil, a struggle to grasp the elusive foreign currency, a dance with the devil of U.N. sanctions borne of Pyongyang’s nuclear and missile endeavors. The weight of economic duress bears down, a cruel twist in this diplomatic saga.

Angola, once a sanctuary for North Korean laborers in pursuit of the coveted dollar, stands as a testament to shifting tides.

Angola, the construction firm that once cast its shadow across Angolan landscapes, now finds its contracts severed, a decree etched in the annals of U.N. sanctions, prompting the exodus of workers from Angolan shores.

As the curtains draw to a close on this chapter of geopolitical theatre, North Korea’s gaze turns to the gleaming skyline of Hong Kong.

Reports trickle in of a consulate’s impending closure, a final bow amidst economic tempests, a symphony of economic struggles that resonates across continents.

The world watches, spellbound, as the enigma of North Korea unravels before their eyes, leaving them to ponder the true story behind this grand exit stage left.
