The Commander In Chief also President, Yoweri Museveni on Wednesday promoted 76 Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) officers.
Among them was Deputy Commander of Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (D/CMI) Abdul Rugumayo who was promoted from Col to Brig Gen.
Other 62 officers were promoted from Capt to Maj and 13 from Lt to Capt.
