Police in Kisoro has recovered a four months old baby boy who was kidnapped on the 12/07/18 vide SD 58/12/07/18 from the parents at old market northern division Kisoro municipality/ district to unknown place.
The baby boy was recovered in Kyampisi village, Kyabakade parish Nagalama in Mukono district on 26/08/18 by one Shaban Ssemogerere, a crime preventer on a tip off.
The boy was allegedly found with Betty Murekatete the very person who was suspected to have connived with a house maid that day and escaped with him.
The parents Hallerimana Kalodi and Dusabe Monica were very happy receiving their child on Sunday morning (02/09/18) on arrival from Mukono while in good condition, although had been circumcised and given Muslim names.
Elly Maate, the Kigezi region Police spokesperson has confirmed the news.
This case has been registered at kisoro police under file number Kisoro CRB 660/2018.
