Kampala:High Court Judge Musa Ssekaana has ordered the security agencies to produce Eddy Sebuufu also known as Eddie Mutwe in Court on 4 September .
Justice Ssekaana has ruled that there is no evidence that Eddy Mutwe has been brought before Court with in the 48 hours so it is unconstitutional to detain him for 5 days without being charged before Court.
It is alleged that Eddy Mutwe was arrested by military officers on 25 August from Kamwokya at semakokilo plaza.
